Vaultd — Jurisdictional Availability Notice

1. Purpose and Incorporation
This Jurisdictional Availability Notice (the “Notice”) is published by Keystone Cards, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as BreakRoom Drops and Vaultd (the “Company”), pursuant to Section 2 of the Vaultd Terms of Service (the “Terms”), and is incorporated into the Terms by reference. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms.
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to restrict the availability of the Service, or any portion thereof, in any state, territory, or possession of the United States. Any such restriction shall be set forth in Section 3 of this Notice and shall be effective upon posting, without further notice to any User.
2. General Availability
The Service is offered to natural persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, who reside in the United States, and who access the Service from within the United States. The Service is not offered, and no account may be maintained, outside the United States; in any country or territory subject to comprehensive United States sanctions (including, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria); or to any person appearing on a list of sanctioned persons maintained by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States Department of the Treasury.
Where the Company determines, by reference to the billing address, verified identity documentation, network address, or any other indicia available to it, that a User resides in or is accessing the Service from a jurisdiction identified in Section 3, the Company may decline the User’s purchases, suspend the User’s account, or take any other action permitted by the Terms.
3. Restricted Jurisdictions
The following table constitutes the complete and exclusive list of United States jurisdictions in which the availability of the Service is restricted as of the Last Updated date set forth above. A jurisdiction not appearing in this table is not restricted.

4. Effect of a Newly Posted Restriction
Upon the posting of a restriction affecting a jurisdiction in which a User resides, the User shall cease to be eligible to purchase Openings or otherwise to use the restricted portion of the Service from and after the Effective Date stated in Section 3. Cards then held in a User’s Vault, and any withdrawable balance then standing to the User’s account, shall continue to be governed by the Terms, including Section 7 (Vault Holdings; Sell-Back; Automatic Sell-Back) and Section 8 (Withdrawals), and nothing in this Notice shall be construed to forfeit or impair any such holding or balance.
5. Amendment
The Company may amend this Notice at any time by posting a revised version at this address and updating the Last Updated date set forth above.
