1. Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored by Keystone Cards, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as "BreakRoom Drops," 6688 Nolensville Rd, Ste 108, Brentwood, TN 37027, United States (the "Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open solely to natural persons who, as of the date of entry, are (a) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, and (b) eighteen (18) years of age or older.

2.2 Officers, directors, members, managers, employees and contractors of the Sponsor, and the immediate family members of and persons domiciled with any of the foregoing, are ineligible.

2.3 The Promotion is void in Rhode Island and wherever else prohibited or restricted by applicable law. The Promotion is not open to entrants outside the United States.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences on October 3, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time and concludes on October 11, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time (the "Promotion Period"). The Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeping device for all methods of entry other than entries submitted under § 4.3, for which the postmark governs.

4. Methods of Entry

Entries obtained under §§ 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 are deposited into a single pool and are of equal weight and equal dignity in the drawing. Each entry confers one (1) chance of selection, irrespective of the method by which it was obtained.

4.1 Entry by qualifying purchase

Each United States one dollar (US$1.00) of qualifying Vaultd spend recorded to an entrant's account during the Promotion Period shall confer one (1) entry. Partial dollars do not confer entries. Spend that is subsequently refunded, reversed, voided, or made the subject of a chargeback shall be disregarded and the corresponding entries withdrawn.

4.2 Free entry by daily online claim

During the Promotion Period, an entrant may claim one (1) entry at no cost, and without purchase or payment of any kind, by selecting "Claim daily free entry" on the entrant's Vaultd account page. A further such claim may be made upon the expiration of twenty-four (24) hours from the preceding claim.

4.3 Free entry by mail

During the Promotion Period, an entrant may obtain entries at no cost, and without purchase or payment of any kind, by legibly hand-printing on a plain three inch by five inch (3" x 5") card the entrant's full name, complete mailing address, date of birth, the electronic mail address associated with the entrant's Vaultd account, and the words "STAINED GLASS BIRDS GIVEAWAY," and mailing the same in a separate hand-addressed envelope bearing sufficient first-class postage to:

Each valid card shall confer ten (10) entries. No more than one hundred twenty-five (125) valid cards per entrant per calendar day shall be honoured. Each card must be hand-printed in its entirety by the entrant; mechanically reproduced, photocopied, printed, or facsimile cards are void. Cards must be postmarked on or before October 11, 2026 and received on or before October 20, 2026. The Sponsor is not responsible for mail that is late, lost, misdirected, illegible, postage-due, or otherwise not received.

4.4 Maximum entries

Notwithstanding any other provision, no entrant shall obtain more than ten thousand (10,000) entries in the aggregate during the Promotion Period, counting all entries obtained under §§ 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 together. Entries in excess of that maximum shall be disregarded. This maximum applies identically to every entrant and to every method of entry.

4.5 One person, one account

Entries are limited to one (1) Vaultd account per natural person. Use of multiple accounts, automated means, scripts, or any other device to obtain entries in excess of those contemplated by these Official Rules shall void all entries of the entrant concerned.

5. Prizes

5.1 Three (3) prizes shall be awarded. Each prize consists of one (1) Pokémon trading card, "Moltres & Zapdos & Articuno-GX," SM Black Star Promos number SM210, graded Mint 9 by Professional Sports Authenticator.

5.2 The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize is One Hundred Ninety-Three Dollars and Twenty-Seven Cents (US$193.27). The aggregate ARV of all prizes is Five Hundred Seventy-Nine Dollars and Eighty-One Cents (US$579.81).

5.3 The prize itself is awarded at no cost. Shipping within the United States is calculated at the carrier's published rate and is payable by the winner upon claim; the amount is displayed before any payment is made. No payment of any kind is required to enter the Promotion or to be selected as a winner.

5.4 Prizes are awarded "as is," without warranty of any kind. No substitution, assignment, or cash equivalent shall be permitted, save that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5.5 All federal, state, and local taxes arising from the receipt of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Drawing

6.1 Three (3) potential winners shall be selected in a single random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about October 21, 2026. The drawing shall be conducted by the Sponsor, whose determinations are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

6.2 The date of the drawing accommodates the receipt of entries submitted under § 4.3 and applies to all entries equally.

6.3 No entrant may win more than one (1) prize.

6.4 The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received across all methods of entry.

7. Winner Notification and Claim

7.1 Potential winners shall be notified by electronic mail at the address associated with the entrant's Vaultd account, and by notice displayed upon that account page.

7.2 A potential winner must claim the prize within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. A potential winner who fails to claim within that period, who cannot be contacted, who is found ineligible, or who declines a prize, shall forfeit it, and an alternate winner shall be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

7.3 A potential winner may be required to furnish proof of identity, age, and residence, and to execute an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release, before a prize is awarded.

8. General Conditions

8.1 By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor.

8.2 The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who acts in violation of these Official Rules, or who acts in a manner the Sponsor determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with the proper conduct of the Promotion.

8.3 The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

8.4 Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize a winner consents to the use of their name and state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.

8.5 The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

8.6 The Sponsor's collection and use of personal information is governed by its Privacy Policy.

9. Winners List

A list of winners may be obtained after October 21, 2026 by written request addressed to the Sponsor at the address stated in § 1.
